- Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements.
- Support client account setup, billing adjustments, and revenue recognition activities.
- Identify billing discrepancies and proactively coordinate their resolution.
Expense & Vendor Management:
- Review and reconcile employee timesheets, expense reports, and out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses.
- Ensure vendor invoices and expenses are accurately allocated to the appropriate clients and projects.
- Support production billing and track expenses against client budgets.
- Assist with paid-when-paid (PWP) processes and vendor payment tracking.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable teams to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Finance, Account Management, Production, and Accounts Payable teams.
- Communicate with US-based stakeholders and client procurement teams regarding billing and financial matters.
- Proactively follow up on pending requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex financial discrepancies when necessary.
Financial Administration:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.
- Monitor account activity to identify inconsistencies or unusual transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with ad hoc requests from Finance leadership.
What Will Make You Successful
- Ownership: You take initiative and don't wait for instructions to get things moving.
- Problem-solving: You identify issues, follow up, and find practical solutions.
- Execution: You prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Communication: You collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Independence: You manage your responsibilities while knowing when to ask for support.
- Attention to detail: You understand the importance of accuracy in financial operations.
Why Join Us?
