We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager to lead the provisioning, customization, and deployment of software instances while overseeing ongoing production environments.
You will serve as the technical bridge between infrastructure, development, and QA teams, translating business requirements into seamless technical execution. scalable solutions across a complex SaaS/PaaS platform.
Top 5 Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & Provisioning Management
Drive the setup and provisioning of new client environments, managing infrastructure requests and supporting system administrators and developers in spinning up AWS production/RDS servers, configuring WAF URLs, routing DNS entries, generating SSL certificates, setting up Apache VHOST configurations, and initializing Git repositories across
Dev, QA, Stage, and Prod environments.
2. Project & Pipeline Leadership
Lead and manage the 2-to-6-week deployment pipeline for cloning, deploying, and customizing new client instances. Create, assign, and manage tasks using Jira, ensuring clear visibility and timely execution throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Agile Team Management
Oversee daily pipelines for development and QA teams, managing
multiple overlapping deployments and live production instances
simultaneously. Foster collaboration, remove blockers, and ensure
timely delivery of continuous agile deployments.
4. Cross-Instance Rollout Orchestration
Orchestrate the deployment of global enhancements across all live
client instances, ensuring coordinated rollouts that maintain system stability and minimize disruption while maximizing feature delivery efficiency.
5. Technical Problem Solving & Communication
Act as the primary technical liaison between platform architects,
developers, and QA teams. Identify technical roadblocks, propose
scalable solutions, and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including remote and offshore resources.
Required Experience
- Previous background as a software developer, technical architect, or equivalent technical leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in system administration, particularly with AWS environments (EC2, RDS, DNS routing, SSL certification, and Apache configuration)
- Proven experience with Git repository management and version
control in multi-environment deployments
- 3+ years of project management experience in agile environments, preferably with Jira administration
- Experience managing technical teams and coordinating cross
functional software deployments
- Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in production environments
- Experience managing remote and offshore technical resources
