Project Manager

Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia is looking for a Project Manager to join the team supporting BBDO New York, one of the world’s leading creative agencies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex creative projects.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, agency stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently from planning through delivery. You will help coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines and priorities, identify risks, and ensure teams have the clarity and information needed to deliver high-quality work on time.

The role may support a variety of high-profile accounts and projects across the BBDO portfolio.

We are looking for someone who is not only strong at managing schedules and deliverables, but who can also think ahead, ask the right questions, influence stakeholders, and help teams deliver better work more efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing, communications, or similarly fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing creative, integrated, digital, or marketing projects from kickoff through delivery.
Strong understanding of project planning, timelines, dependencies, resource coordination, and delivery processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Creative, Account Management, Strategy, Production, and/or Media.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Comfortable working with project management and workflow platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with both internal teams and agency leadership.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges before they become roadblocks.
Advanced English (B2+/C1 or above), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders based in the United States.
