At OGS Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Designer to join dotdotdash, bringing strategic thinking, creative vision, and exceptional design craft to brand, digital, and experiential projects.
We are seeking an experienced design professional who can lead projects from concept to execution, develop cohesive visual systems, and transform strategic ideas into impactful creative solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, a distinctive creative perspective, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while elevating design quality and consistency.
Key requirements:
7+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing outstanding work across brand identity, communications, digital, and experiential design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including the ability to build design systems from scratch using components, auto layout, and scalable design structures.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as presentation tools such as Keynote and Google Slides.
Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines, visual systems, and cohesive design solutions across platforms and deliverables.
Strong conceptual and strategic design skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into innovative, visually compelling solutions.
Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, Claude, and other emerging technologies, to enhance ideation and design production.
Ability to prototype, test, and refine creative solutions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and executional excellence.
Experience mentoring junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to a culture of creative growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate and confidently present creative decisions.
Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects independently while working effectively with strategists, writers, technologists, and other creative disciplines.
Basic animation skills in Adobe After Effects.
