At OGS Colombia, we are looking for a Presentation Designer / Production Designer to join dotdotdash, supporting the New Business Team in creating visually compelling pitch decks, client presentations, and strategic communication materials for clients across technology, entertainment, retail, and culture.
We are seeking a design professional with 4–5 years of experience and a strong specialization in presentation design, combining visual storytelling, information design, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate can transform complex ideas into clear, engaging presentations, build polished and cohesive layouts, and develop flexible templates that maintain brand consistency while enabling efficient collaboration across teams.
Key requirements:
4–5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, pitch decks, brand communications, and digital design.
Advanced expertise in designing high-quality presentations and developing reusable, component-based templates in Figma Slides and Google Slides.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong visual storytelling and information design skills, with the ability to translate complex content into clear, structured, and compelling presentations.
Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency across slides and client deliverables.
Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, visual development, and design production.
Exceptional attention to detail, typography, layout, composition, and overall presentation quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback, explain design decisions, and manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Experience preparing final deliverables, maintaining organized files, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of presentation assets.
Motion design and Adobe After Effects skills are a plus.
