Admissions Interview Support: Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families to assess emotional and social readiness, as well as suitability for the school’s digital learning environment.
Student Support: Provide individualized attention and follow-up for students requiring emotional, social, or behavioral support, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Family Support: Offer guidance and counseling to families, helping them navigate challenges that may impact their children’s well-being and strengthen their role in the educational process.
Parent Education Programs: Collaborate in the design and implementation of family education programs, equipping parents with tools and resources to enhance their relationship with their children in the school context.
Teacher Support: Provide teachers with strategies and recommendations to manage classroom situations related to students’ emotional and social well-being, particularly for those with specific diagnoses.
Recommendations for Students with Special Educational Needs: Deliver individualized recommendations to teachers for students with specific diagnoses, ensuring the application of best educational practices tailored to their needs.
Group Workshops: Identify group needs and design and lead workshops for students by grade level, addressing relevant emotional and social development topics.
Participation in School Meetings: Actively participate in school-level meetings (Elementary, Middle, and High School) to discuss and evaluate specific student cases, contributing professional insights to develop effective action plans.
High School Guidance Support: Collaborate with the High School guidance team in planning and implementing programs that support students’ emotional well-being, academic success, and career or college readiness.
