📌 Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion: Convert prospective family leads into active enrollments across B2C and B2B channels, meeting or exceeding monthly targets while maintaining a student-centered approach.
Admissions Guidance & Support: Serve as the primary guide for families throughout the enrollment journey, delivering a personalized, supportive, and seamless experience.
Consultative Selling & Value Advocacy: Identify family needs and present tailored educational solutions, clearly articulating Genuine’s value proposition using persuasive arguments tailored to each context.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Systematically track, log, and follow up on all leads, interactions, and results within CRM platforms (HubSpot) and admissions tracking tools.

Relationship & Territory Building: Manage assigned admissions segments or territories to build trust-based relationships with families and strategic partners while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Post-Enrollment Continuity: Perform post-enrollment follow-ups to ensure family satisfaction, boost retention, and unlock referral opportunities.
Market & Process Insights: Analyze conversion patterns, family feedback, and education market trends to provide actionable recommendations for refining sales techniques.

Requerimientos

📌 You’re our ideal candidate IF:

You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
You possess proven experience in consultative sales, with a strong emphasis on B2C client engagement.
You are fully bilingual, with professional fluency in at least two of the following language combinations:

Spanish + Portuguese
Spanish + English
Portuguese + English

You have schedule availability to support families across different time zones based on operational needs.
You are tech-literate and comfortable navigating digital tools, CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and customer service platforms.
Preferred Plus: Previous sales experience within the education or EdTech sector.
Preferred Plus: Expertise in high-touch consultative sales, active listening, and diagnosing needs prior to proposing solutions.
Preferred Plus: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), lead management, and multi-channel engagement (WhatsApp, calls, video conferences).
Preferred Plus: Solid understanding of sales funnels, follow-up strategies, and conversion metrics.
