What you’ll do:
• Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams (including dealers).
• Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Aftersales to deliver a premium customer experience

What we’re looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment
• Strong background in new vehicle retail operations.
• Proven skills in network development and negotiation.
• Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on results.
• English proficiency it´s required for collaboration with global teams.
• Able to travel continously nationwide
