Mission or General Objective of the Position:
The primary objective of the NPS Specialist is to optimize the customer experience through the management and continuous improvement of the Net Promoter Score. This professional must constantly seek ways to improve customer perception of the company, with the goal of increasing customer loyalty and, ultimately, driving business growth.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Manage and oversee the implementation and execution of NPS surveys.

2. Analyze NPS results and provide detailed reports to the relevant teams. 3. Identify areas for improvement based on NPS results and develop strategies to address these areas.

4. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to implement NPS improvement strategies.

5. Provide training and guidance to other team members on the importance of NPS and how they can contribute to its improvement.

6. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in NPS management.

7. Participate in resolving customer issues and complaints to improve customer satisfaction and NPS.

For the NPS Specialist position, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Knowledge and Skills: The candidate must have a solid understanding of data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and R. They must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely. Fluency in English is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst role is required, preferably in a customer service environment. Prior experience with NPS (Net Promoter Score) is highly desirable.
