- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referral channels under supervision
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Support the team with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruiting administration
