We are looking for a detail-oriented logistics professional beginning their career in LTL freight, supporting shipment booking, documentation, and status tracking under close supervision.
- Book LTL shipments with carrier partners and enter data accurately in TMS
- Track shipment status and communicate updates to clients and internal teams
- Assist with BOL preparation, shipping documentation, and carrier correspondence
- Escalate delays, claims, and billing issues to senior coordinators
- Maintain organized records and support the team with administrative logistics tasks
