YOUR ROLE
Support the Project Manager in coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
Assist in monitoring project progress to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support the definition of project scope and objectives by gathering information from stakeholders and documenting requirements.
Maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones.
Partner with the Regulatory Operations team in the asset submission process, including kick-off activities, document annotation, and related tasks.
Support relationships with clients and stakeholders by organizing meetings and documenting communications.
Assist in identifying and documenting project risks, as well as proposed mitigation strategies.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and records.
Support the delegation and tracking of project tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs and progress.
Support post-project documentation and lessons learned initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
