We are looking for a detail-oriented logistics professional beginning their career in freight operations, supporting load coordination, documentation, and communication under senior guidance.
- Build and create loads accurately in the Transportation Management System (TMS) based on customer and operational requirements.
- Ensure all load information is complete and accurate, including pickup and delivery details, equipment type, rates, and customer instructions.
- Maintain and update load records in the TMS, ensuring data accuracy throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or operational issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Support the operations team with load setup, documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
