The High School Physics Teacher creates engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that develop students’ understanding of fundamental physics concepts and their application to the real world. The teacher designs rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that emphasizes scientific reasoning, problem-solving, experimentation, and data analysis. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating laboratory investigations, assessing student learning, and differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs. The teacher fosters curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and student ownership of learning while maintaining a safe and inclusive laboratory environment. The successful candidate collaborates with colleagues to strengthen curriculum and interdisciplinary learning and contributes actively to the broader school community.

Requerimientos

🎓 Degree in Education, Physics, Science, or a related field
📜 Master’s Degree in Education or Physics (preferred)
⏳ Minimum of two years of successful teaching experience in a high school laboratory setting
🗣️ Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English
🔬 Demonstrated expertise in inquiry-based science instruction, laboratory facilitation, and problem-solving
