High School General Science (9th To 12th Grade) Sy 2027 2028 (Tentative)

The High School General Science Teacher creates engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that develop students’ understanding of core scientific concepts and their application to the world around them. The teacher designs rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that emphasizes scientific inquiry, critical thinking, problem-solving, experimentation, and data analysis across multiple scientific disciplines. Responsibilities include facilitating laboratory and hands-on investigations, assessing student progress, and differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs. The teacher fosters curiosity, collaboration, scientific literacy, and student ownership of learning while maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate collaborates with colleagues to strengthen curriculum and interdisciplinary learning and contributes actively to the broader school community.

🎓 Degree in Education, General Science, or a related field
📜 Master’s Degree in Education or Science (preferred)
⏳ Minimum of two years of successful teaching experience in a high school setting
🗣️ Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English
🔬 Demonstrated expertise in inquiry-based science instruction, laboratory facilitation, and developing scientific literacy
