Exceptional Learner Programs – Co Teacher Sy 2026 2027

We are currently seeking to appoint a Co-Teacher for the Exceptional Learner Programs (ELP) for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring access to the curriculum and fostering academic, social, and emotional growth. The Co-Teacher will assist in planning, differentiating instruction, and implementing individualized supports and accommodations aligned with students’ learning profiles. This role requires close coordination with the ELP team, classroom teachers, and families to promote inclusion, equity, and success for all learners, in alignment with CNG’s Mission and Beliefs.

🗣️ Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English
🎓 Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or Education (required)
📜 Master’s Degree in Education or Special Education (preferred)
⏳ Minimum of two years of experience supporting students with exceptional learning needs, preferably in a bilingual or international school
🧠 Knowledge of inclusive education practices, differentiation, and learning support strategies
📝 Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
🤝 Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
🌟 Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
🌱 Commitment to promoting each student’s academic and emotional development through evidence-based practices
