Mission or General Objective of the Position:
The primary objective of the Technical Support Engineer Specialist is to provide high-level technical support to internal users and clients, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the company's technological systems and operations. This professional is responsible for resolving complex technical problems that cannot be resolved by the first-level support team and works proactively to prevent disruptions and improve the efficiency of technological systems and processes.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Provide second-level technical support to internal users and clients, resolving complex hardware and software technical problems.

2. Work closely with other technical teams to implement efficient solutions and prevent disruptions. 3. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the efficiency of the company's technology systems and processes.

4. Document and report technical problems and implemented solutions to contribute to the knowledge and continuous improvement of the technical support team.

5. Collaborate in the training and development of the first-level support team to enhance their ability to resolve technical issues.

Educational Level: The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills: The candidate must possess a strong understanding of operating systems, hardware and software, networking, and security systems. They must be proficient in problem-solving and have exceptional customer service skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is also required.

Experience and Competencies: A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably in a high-pressure environment. The candidate must demonstrate time management skills, the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure, and a strong focus on detail and results.
