About DENZA
DENZA is BYD’s premium automotive brand, combining luxury design, advanced electric technology, and refined customer experience. As we expand our presence in Mexico, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial performance, dealer excellence, and brand execution across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive regional sales performance across DENZA dealerships, ensuring achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with DENZA’s premium positioning and national objectives.
- Manage, coach, and develop dealer principals, general managers, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
- Ensure consistent execution of premium brand standards across retail operations, including showroom experience, sales process, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, pipeline, order bank, inventory, and market performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Support dealer network development, including new dealer onboarding, performance reviews, and network optimization.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, and HQ teams to ensure seamless execution of launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Represent DENZA in key customer, partner, and dealer meetings, acting as a brand ambassador.
