Recruiter Jr

We are looking for a proactive Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for driver and warehouse positions, maintaining a strong and consistent hiring pipeline.

• Source qualified candidates for driver positions using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct head hunting when necessary.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS or CRM.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize open positions.
• Support hiring events and other recruiting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Experience recruiting for truck drivers strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with positions such as warehouse associates, dock workers, forklift operators, dispatchers, and CDL/non-CDL drivers. Preference for Indeed.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
