Join a our company within a multinational organization supporting operations across the Americas (LATAM & United States). We are looking for a motivated professional to support payroll activities, and benefits administration while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries.
Role Purpose
As a Analyst Payroll, you will support the execution of key HR operational processes impacting payroll and employee benefits across North and Latin America. This role offers excellent exposure to regional operations, standardized processes, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operational processes related to payroll and benefits across assigned countries in the Americas.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, terminations, transfers, and job changes.
- Prepare and validate payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Review time and attendance information before payroll processing.
- Coordinate with payroll teams, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Assist with benefits administration activities, eligibility validations, and invoice reviews.
- Support resolution of employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Maintain compliance with payroll calendars, SLAs, KPIs, and operational procedures.
- Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.
