We are looking for a detail-oriented logistics professional beginning their career in freight operations, supporting load coordination, documentation, and communication under senior guidance.
- Assist with coordinating FTL and logistics shipments from booking to delivery
- Communicate load updates and status changes to carriers, brokers, and clients
- Enter shipment data and maintain accurate records in TMS and operational tools
- Escalate operational issues and delays to senior specialists as needed
- Support the team with administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry
