Role and Responsibilities
- Outbound cold calls via dialer campaigns and management of inbound returned calls.
- Generate monthly new client revenue (fees) while maintaining the volume brought in from previous months.
- Generate a full pipeline and convert prospects/leads into factoring opportunities.
- Regular follow-up calls on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Follow up calls with prospects and existing clients to develop new business.
- Manage a Factoring client portfolio that will support the continued growth of the company.
- Listen with acute attention to detail.
- Work in conjunction with team, to achieve and improve upon targets and objectives.
- Attend regular meetings with sales team to communicate sales strategy and remain informed of business developments.
- Manage multiple priorities in an organized manner to meet set deadlines. Reassess if higher need arises. Cope well with demands of the job and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
- Exercise independent judgment and apply prudent risk mitigation principles. Understand how and when to elevate issues when required.
- Provide a solution to any arising issues and take accountability for decisions made.
- Maintain a high level of effectiveness during times of change and accepts additional and changing roles, responsibilities, and tasks.
- Focus on and cares about our internal and external customers. Work as a team to deliver excellent service and exceed client expectations.
- Understand the complexities and key factors that impact our business and be aware of competitors and what they offer clients.
- Understand the key features and benefits of Summar's products.
- Represent the interests of the Company internally and externally.
- Demonstrate loyalty to Summar, its vision and values. Work with consistency, integrity, accountability while showing enthusiasm.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
