The Prism LTL Pricing Data Migration Specialist supports a large-scale data migration project by reviewing pricing agreements and accurately transferring relevant information from PDF documents into Prism. This role requires familiarity with LTL pricing concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures. Training will be provided by U.S.-based Prism experts to help team members learn the system, understand pricing requirements, and maintain data accuracy throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Review LTL pricing agreement PDFs and accurately enter pricing information into Prism.
- Interpret pricing agreements and identify relevant rates, accessorial charges, detention fees, and NMFC classifications.
- Ensure all required pricing data is entered accurately and consistently.
- Follow established workflows, training guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information and flag it for review.
- Participate in training sessions, practice scenarios, and feedback reviews with U.S.-based team members.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy while processing a high volume of pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve questions and ensure consistent data entry practices throughout the migration.
