Jr Client Finance Analyst

The Client Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial and operational management of assigned clients and projects. This role works closely with Account Management, Project Management, Client Finance Managers, Accounts Receivable, and shared service teams to ensure accurate job setup and status, timely monthly billing, invoice accuracy, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with client contracts. The position also involves preparing and analyzing weekly trackers, monitoring project financial health, identifying variances or potential issues, coordinating updates with internal teams, and supporting ad hoc financial and administrative requests.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
0-1 years of relevant working experience in Finance, Accounting, Billing, or a related area.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas, and data management.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or other financial/business systems is a plus; Vantage knowledge is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
