Client Finance Manager

Strategic finance business partner responsible for managing client profitability, leading FP&A processes, and delivering high-quality financial analysis to support executive decision-making. Extracts and synthesizes financial information from client teams, aligns cross-functional stakeholders around profitability targets, and translates complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.

8-10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or client finance roles
Strong FP&A background — budgeting, forecasting, projections, and profitability analysis
Advanced financial modeling — non-negotiable
Advanced Excel — non-negotiable
D365 — preferred
Power BI and Power Query — strongly preferred
HFM (Hyperion) — strong differentiator
Professional English — written and verbal — non-negotiable
Advertising or agency experience — strong plus
