IT & Network Support Technician

Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified IT & Network Support Technician.This position will be located in Coihueco, Chile.

The IT & Network Support Technician is a key member of our global IT team, responsible for ensuring seamless and secure technology operations across both office and remote environments. This role involves administering systems, managing network infrastructure, and providing expert support for workstations, mobile devices, and user access issues. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with international IT professionals, troubleshoot technical problems, deploy system enhancements, and implement robust security practices. This position requires a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively support our diverse user base and maintain high availability of critical IT services.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network support.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Experience in a global, multicultural IT environment is a plus.

Proficient with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and server administration.

Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and security practices. Experience with virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), and remote access solutions.

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and supporting remote endpoints.

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MCSA or similar preferred.

CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a global, collaborative team.
