Mentor empowerment: Equip Homeroom Mentors with ready-to-use activity guides (objectives, materials, instructions, reflection prompts) and model facilitation to build their autonomy.

Psychoeducational guidance: Support learners facing challenges with habits, self-regulation, or school adaptation, setting clear follow-up plans and activating specialized pathways when needed.
Ecosystem alignment: Collaborate with Student Wellbeing, academic leaders, and mentors to ensure continuous, integrated support aligned with everyday learning experiences.
Continuous improvement: Gather feedback from learners and mentors to evaluate activity utility and refine wellbeing strategies.
