Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end sales process for fleet clients, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
Act as the main liaison between the sales team, logistics, finance, and aftersales to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain updated records of fleet sales contracts, unit configurations, customer profiles, and delivery timelines.
Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations tailored to corporate clients.
Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with production and inventory teams to align delivery expectations.
Provide regular status updates to clients and ensure a high level of post-sale follow-up and satisfaction.
Track KPIs related to fleet sales performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics.
Support tender processes and documentation for government or large-scale fleet opportunities.
Coordinate demo vehicle logistics, test drives, and customer product trainings in collaboration with technical teams.
