Talento is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Mid-Level) to support client operations within the logistics environment. This role focuses on maintaining strong communication with customers, providing shipment updates, resolving operational issues, and ensuring high service standards throughout the transportation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
• Provide timely updates on pickups, deliveries, delays, and operational changes.
• Coordinate with dispatch, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor shipments and proactively communicate potential disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in TMS or internal systems.
• Handle customer requests and ensure service expectations are met.
• Support documentation follow-ups and operational communication.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service within logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with TMS platforms or logistics software.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Intermediate English communication skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Heavy support experience not just with inbound support calls, but also with ticketing systems and outbound emails, that would be great.
