Video Photography & Editing Specialist

The Video Photography & Editing Specialist is a highly creative and technical professional who plays a crucial role in the visual representation of our brand. This specialist is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for various company communication channels, including marketing, advertising, social media, and internal content. This position requires a high level of skill in photography and videography, as well as a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in video and photo editing. General Mission or Objective of the Position: The primary objective of the Video Photography & Editing Specialist is to create engaging, high-quality visual content that reinforces the brand image and promotes our products or services. This specialist will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute visual concepts that align with our brand strategy and business objectives. The mission of this role is to ensure that all visual content produced is consistent, engaging, and effective in achieving our communication and marketing goals. Responsibilities and Tasks: 1. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for various purposes, including marketing, advertising, and internal communications. 1. 2. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop visual concepts and campaigns. 3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in photography and video editing. 4. Manage the storage and archiving of all company visual content. 5. Ensure that all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with company objectives. 6. Provide technical and creative support to other teams as needed. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 8. Contribute to the creation and improvement of visual content production workflows.

Educational Level: A degree in Photography, Cinematography, Video Production, or a related field is required. Knowledge and Skills: Must have a solid understanding of photography and videography techniques, as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc. Must be familiar with lighting and sound equipment and possess skills in visual storytelling and image composition. Must be able to operate camera equipment and have video and photo editing skills. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a demonstrable portfolio of previous work. Experience directing video projects from conceptualization to completion will be highly valued. Competencies: Must be highly creative, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make creative decisions.
