The Studio Designer is an essential part of our creative team, simultaneously supporting deck design on a new business pitch as well as
supporting briefs across the department. We’ll look to the Studio Designer as someone that can lead small tactical projects, reporting into an AD, Designer or Creative Team. This person should have a curiosity for new and emerging ways to make and be obsessed with quality control across assets.

Requisitos
Must have
- 2–3 years of design experience (agency or similar).
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- Aptitude for AI tools.
- Deck design and template development based on brand guidelines.
- Art direction and design skills for digital, OOH and social.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Eagerness to learn and curiosity about new ways of making.
- Curiosity about working across many different clients.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams.
Nice to have
- Motion skills (not required).
- Previous agency experience.
