The role provides the operational backbone that keeps account and project delivery organized, accurate, and moving. It supports project setup, workflow administration, documentation, reporting, financial coordination, resource tracking, governance routines, and follow-through across the account portfolio. Maintain project plans, action logs, risk and issue logs, decision logs, approval trackers, budget trackers, team rosters, and other core project documentation.
Coordinate routing and approval workflows for scopes, contracts, budgets, estimates, deliverables, and required project documentation; flag overdue approvals, missing inputs, or process gaps to the appropriate Project Manager.
Support weekly and monthly status reporting by gathering inputs, validating data, refreshing trackers and dashboards, and preparing accurate portfolio summaries for PM and leadership review.
Analyze project, portfolio, financial, resource, and workflow data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities; provide recommendations and escalation support to Project Managers and PM leadership.
Assist with project financial administration, including estimate and budget tracking, invoice and purchase order coordination, reconciliation support, charge-code administration, and documentation follow-through in partnership with Project Management, Project Accounting, and Finance.
Partner with Resource Management and PM leadership to maintain staffing requests, resource assignments, forecast inputs, capacity information, and onboarding or offboarding coordination.

Monitor project data and documentation for completeness, consistency, and compliance with Enablement Office and GMR operating practices; surface gaps early and support corrective follow-through.
Support project closeout by organizing final documentation, confirming administrative and financial requirements are complete, capturing learnings, and maintaining accessible records.
Identify recurring workflow friction, data-quality issues, and administrative gaps; recommend practical improvements that simplify work and improve consistency without adding unnecessary process.
Provide flexible operational support across multiple Project Managers, programs, and workstreams based on portfolio priorities.
Follow Enablement Office best practices to meet client and internal team needs.
