Senior Dev. Fullstack

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing modern, scalable web applications that support AI-powered content creation, workflow automation, compliance validation, and content intelligence initiatives. This role combines frontend and backend engineering expertise to build high-performance, cloud-native solutions that enable innovative digital experiences and business transformation. The Senior Full Stack Developer works closely with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to architect and deliver scalable applications, APIs, and integrations that leverage Generative AI technologies. Key responsibilities include developing user-facing applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, building and maintaining backend services and APIs using FastAPI and Python-based technologies, integrating AI-powered solutions and large language model capabilities, managing data storage platforms and cloud-native architectures, implementing authentication and security best practices, optimizing application performance, and supporting deployment automation through CI/CD processes. The role also oversees containerized application environments, monitoring and logging frameworks, and provides technical mentorship while promoting engineering best practices across development teams.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in full stack software development. Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript for frontend development. Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles. Proficiency developing backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Python, Java, Flask, Node.js, or related technologies. Experience building scalable web applications, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures. Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, OAuth, and JWT implementation. Experience integrating AI-powered technologies and modern cloud-native development practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes. Experience working with Snowflake and modern data platforms. Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries. Experience integrating Content Management Systems (CMS) and Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms. Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, OpenAI APIs, GPT models, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
