Real Estate Acquisitions & Sales Specialist

Join a US-based real estate investment and property management business specializing in acquiring, renovating, and managing residential properties.

We are looking for a highly communicative and results-driven professional to manage homeowner relationships throughout the acquisition process, from initial outreach and lead qualification to offer negotiation, contract execution, and closing coordination.

You will engage directly with US homeowners, identify potential investment opportunities, negotiate purchase terms, maintain consistent follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure transactions progress smoothly.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role requiring exceptional English communication, strong sales instincts, outstanding organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Native-level English proficiency (C2), with exceptional spoken fluency, pronunciation, comprehension, and professional writing skills.
• Proven experience in sales, lead management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Background in real estate or property management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, aligned with Mountain Time.
• High-speed internet (200 Mbps minimum), Windows 10/11 or Mac computer with at least 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background check.
