Customer Service & Client Support Talent Pool

We are a recruitment company connecting Peruvian and Latin American professionals with US-based companies. We are building a talent pool of customer service and client support professionals with strong English communication skills and interest in future remote opportunities with US-based companies.

We are interested in professionals with experience in:

• Customer service and client support
• Client intake and account coordination
• Administrative or operations support
• Property management or real estate support

Our positions usually offer:

• 100% remote work with US-based companies
• Monday–Friday schedules, depending on the client and position
• $800–$2,000 USD/month, depending on the role and client
• Entry to mid-level opportunities
• 100% use of English

• Advanced English (C1 or, ideally, C2)
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, client support, administration, operations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with customers, clients, vendors, or other stakeholders
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools, CRM, ticketing, or workflow platforms
• Experience in remote positions, property management, real estate, or international environments is desirable but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
