Supports the successful execution of projects by coordinating design development under the guidance of Partners or the Studio Head, ensuring adherence to client requirements, technical standards, and local codes. They assist in monitoring project scope, time, and verify that design solutions align with budget expectations.
They collaborate with consultants, support construction administration activities, and
contribute to the final quality control of construction documents. They are responsible for preparing and distributing meeting minutes, supporting the Colombia design team, and escalating project risks or deviations promptly.
They have capacity to manage tasks independently while still relying on senior
guidance to navigate complex decisions.
