We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized professional to manage Full Container Load (FCL) shipments for both imports and exports to and from Canada. Here you’ll work with a high-performing team to ensure seamless cross-border operations, accurate documentation, and outstanding service to our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate bookings and schedules with shipping lines and carriers for both inbound and outbound FCL cargo involving Canadian trade lanes.
- Prepare and review comprehensive import and export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs paperwork, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with Canadian regulations (such as CBSA requirements) as well as origin and destination country regulations.
- Communicate proactively with freight partners, customs brokers, and customers regarding timelines, cut-offs, and shipment status.
- Monitor cargo readiness and coordinate pickup, drayage, loading, and delivery to and from ports, ramps, or terminals across Canada and international hubs.
