Finance Analyst

Support project finance operations through financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, rate management, and administrative follow-ups. Maintain trackers of offshore team activities, review estimates versus actuals, reconcile fees, prepare client scopes, manage urgent payment requests and transfers, coordinate timesheet approvals, follow up on overdue purchase orders, review forms and tickets, upload rates, and coordinate with SSC/EXL teams. Ensure financial data accuracy, timely completion of activities, and identification of discrepancies or potential risks.

Experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, reporting, project finance, or a related analytical role. The initial target is 6–8 years of Finance & Accounting experience, although this is flexible. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, advanced English, data validation skills, adaptability, and strong written and verbal communication are essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems, FP&A, financial reporting, fee reconciliations, estimates versus actuals, purchase orders, billing, and project cost tracking is a plus. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes are important.
