Full Stack Developer Mid

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to own the full technical lifecycle of this platform. This is a long-term, high-ownership role; you will be the primary technical execution engine, working directly with our leadership team to plan, build, and scale a product used by real clients. You will own the project from product understanding to development decisions, and collaborate closely with our C-suite to align on priorities and roadmap. We work smart. AI tools, including Claude and Cursor, are a core part of our development workflow. Your job is not to build everything from scratch; it is to architect scalable solutions, connect systems, and keep the platform growing. We will teach you everything you need to know about the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities - Own the platform end-to-end, from product understanding to technical execution, serving as the primary developer on the project - Design and maintain a scalable technical architecture, keeping dependencies and long-term growth in mind — not just speed of delivery - Deploy and maintain React web applications and PWAs to production environments (Vercel, Netlify, or similar) - Set up and manage a Supabase backend — tables, authentication, and real-time subscriptions - Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs, including terminal data feeds, Twilio SMS, OCR camera vendors, and EDI systems - Collaborate directly with the founder and President of Operations in weekly syncs to translate business priorities into technical deliverables - Work alongside AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) daily as a core part of the workflow - Maintain, debug, and iterate on the platform as new features are built and the client base grows

Qualifications - 1–3 years of real coding experience; deployed side projects count - Strong JavaScript fundamentals across the full stack - Solid React skills — you can read, modify, and extend React codebases confidently - Proven experience with API integrations — you have connected external services and understand REST, auth flows, and data contracts - Backend basics — databases, authentication, and server-side logic are familiar territory - At least one project deployed to a live URL - Comfortable with Git and version control - Genuine fluency with AI development tools — you use them as a productivity multiplier - Systems thinker — you consider scalability and dependencies, not just shipping fast Nice to have: - Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms - Familiarity with logistics, EDI systems, or supply chain APIs - TypeScript experience
