The Elementary Teacher provides engaging, rigorous, and student-centered instruction that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all learners. The teacher plans and delivers standards-aligned instruction, differentiates to meet diverse learning needs, and uses assessment data to guide instruction. Responsibilities include creating a safe and inclusive classroom culture that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and student agency. The teacher monitors student progress and communicates effectively with students, families, colleagues, and support teams. Candidates should demonstrate strong instructional practice, collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. The teacher actively supports the school’s mission, values, and commitment to student success.

🗣️ Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English
🎓 Degree in Education or Colombian “Licenciatura” in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields
📜 Master’s Degree in Education (preferred)
⏳ Minimum two years of successful teaching experience in a bilingual or international school environment
🧠 Demonstrated ability to apply contemporary, research-based teaching practices
