📅 Calendar Administration & Event Management
Plan and coordinate internal and external events including corporate meetings, celebrations, product launches, fairs, and institutional activities.
Manage calendars and ensure efficient scheduling for team members and leadership.
📊 Excel & Data Analysis
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, benchmark comparisons, and data validation).
Use data to drive informed decision-making and track project KPIs.
👥 Team Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main contact for all project-related communication.
Align internal and external stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines.
Organize follow-ups and maintain accountability through regular check-ins.
🔁 Workflow Consolidation for Industry Projects
Lead the standardization and streamlining of workflows for high-impact projects in the tourism industry.
Ensure cross-functional alignment, optimize resource use, and support project success from planning through execution.
💰 Event Budget Planning & Execution
Create and manage detailed budgets for events and projects.
Ensure optimal resource use while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
📦 Purchasing & Project Logistics
Source vendors, request and compare quotes, negotiate contracts, and track procurement timelines.
Manage the delivery of supplies, materials, furniture, and equipment for ongoing initiatives.
📞 Meeting Scheduling & Follow-Up
Organize meetings, book venues (in-person or virtual), send agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.

Requerimientos
- Proven experience in a personal assistant, executive support, or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
