About the Role
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting financial planning, analysis, and management reporting activities across the Americas region (LATAM & United States).
This role has a stronger ownership and execution focus, partnering closely with regional finance stakeholders.
Role Purpose
The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in regional financial planning and performance analysis, supporting month-end closings, forecasts, budgets, and mid-term planning.
The role goes beyond execution, providing analytical insights, variance explanations, and recommendations that support decision-making across the Americas, while contributing to process standardization within the SSC.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver financial and management reporting for month-end closings, forecasts, budgets, and mid-term planning across the Americas region.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reviews, providing clear explanations and insights to stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for regional finance teams and business controllers across LATAM and the US.
• Support and challenge assumptions during forecast and budget cycles, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Maintain and further develop FP&A reporting tools, dashboards, and templates, driving standardization and efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and financial summaries for regional management.
• Respond to complex ad hoc financial analyses and regional projects.
• Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to FP&A processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, reporting efficiency, and best practices within the SSC.

Requerimientos
What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis roles.
• Proven experience supporting regional or multi-country finance processes.
• Previous exposure to Shared Services Centers (SSC) or centralized finance environments is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Advanced English (professional and technical).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting / BI tools is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in regional, matrix environments.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
• Collaborative and proactive approach aligned with SSC service delivery models.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on process optimization and standardization.
Regional Scope
• Support FP&A activities across LATAM and the United States.
• Regular interaction with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders.
• Participation in standardized, multi-country FP&A processes.
• All locations will be based in Querétaro.
