SAP HCM (Jr. HR Consultant o Semi Jr. HR Consultant)
SAP HR consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience with strong knowledge in payroll procees, customizing, HR legal changes, apply SAP Note released by SAP.
Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and technical support of the HR module.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintaining current SAP HR systems. Requirements priority setting and follow up of issues.
• Identify problems and anticipate needs, define requirements and seek solutions.
• Work closely with technical staff and outside resources to determine technical solutions and applications to meet the defined requirements.
• Build efficient, open and regular communication with Stakeholders and Users.
• Delivery of HR projects.
• Creating functional Specifications and detailed designs for new or enhanced solutions.

• Payroll knowledge (Configuration: Wage Types, Payments and Deductions, Schemas, Functions, Calculation Rules, Taxes, Benefits/Payroll Integration, Loans, Garnishments, Bank Transfers/Direct Deposits, Off-Cycle Processing. Taxes: Tax Tables, Tax info types, Tax related processing classes, Payslip Form).
• Payroll knowledge of CFDI Stamping Process.
• Time Management knowledge (Configuration: Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Recording (Substitutions, Absences, Absence Counting, Absence Quotas, Leave Entitlement, Overtime, and Availability), Generating Time Evaluation Reports, Updating Time Management Info types)
• Personnel Administration ( Configuration: Basic Pay, Additional Payments, Insurance, Union Fees, Infonavit, Fonacot, Banks).
