We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Sales Executive Assistant to support our sales executive with lead research, vendor setup, sales operations, and customer coordination. This role is critical to keeping sales activities, communications, and order flow running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple systems, emails, and calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Development
• Research and development sales leads to using online tools, databases, and CRM systems
• Assist sales executives with prospective preparation, follow-ups, and documentation
• Organize lead information, vendor details, and sales materials in structured digital folders
Vendor Setup & Coordination
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new vendors and customers
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
• Ensure required documents and information are complete and properly filed
Email, Calendar & Organization
• Monitor, organize, and manage Outlook email inboxes and folders
• Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups using Outlook calendar
• Maintain strong digital organization standards for files, emails, and records
Order Entry & Dispatch Coordination
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track order status and proactively address issues or delays
Customer Service
• Serve as a professional point of contact for customers and vendors
• Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately
• Support issue resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requerimientos
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• 3–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Solid technical background with comfort using multiple software platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, folder organization)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment
• Customer service experience preferred
