Responsible for the day-to-day execution of work across the agency, ensuring projects move forward on schedule, meet key milestones, and deliver on time and on budget. This role is highly tactical, focused on managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping teams aligned against specific dates from concept through completion. As a strategic hub of communication, the Senior PM partners with multiple departments across Carmichael Lynch and Carmichael Lynch Relate to ensure work progresses efficiently and accurately.
In addition to supporting client business, this role encompasses new business development support, strategic partnership coordination with department leads, and the definition and refinement of operational workflows to scale agency capabilities and improve team efficiency. This position will also lead internal agency projects (agency marcomm and social, awards submissions, internal initiatives) while serving as a key resource in translating new business requirements into standardized operational processes.

Responsibilities:
Project and Workflow Management
- Management of timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed by their assigned dates, proactively flagging risks or delays early.
- Own day-to-day project planning, timelines, and delivery across integrated campaigns (digital, social, video, print, OOH, web, etc.).
- Ensure projects move efficiently through creative, strategy, media, and production teams.
- Partner with our Business Development team to support new business pitches, RFP responses, and client onboarding. Identify any workflows that hinder growth and recommend solutions and improvements accordingly.
Cross Functional Collaborator
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Creative, Strategy, Operations, Media, PR, and Account Management.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with department to align on resource availability, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to ensure seamless handoffs and clear ownership of deliverables.
- Act as liaison between client demands and internal team capabilities, managing expectations transparently.
- Across the entire team, communicate status updates, deadlines, and next actions clearly and consistently — both verbally and in writing — so everyone understands expectations and timing.
Process & Tools
- Utilizing agency tools like Egnyte (files saving platform), WorkFront (PM software), and AEM (DAM tool for asset management) according to agency process.
- Follows standardized processes using approved templates, workflows, and best practices.
