The Project Engineer is key member of the project management team, which takes care of company’s ESS projects in Andean and Mexico region.
Main activities and Responsibilities:
• Support client’s technical staff and EPCs during engineering phase.
• Progress report of engineering phase to project manager.
• Organize and participate in design review meetings.
• Ensure on time delivery of engineering drawings and documentation.
• Design of diagrams and drawings on CAD software.
• Calculation reports and technical documentation redaction.
• Technical field visits, to bring onsite support to clients.
• Develop technical training for clients.
• Manage subcontractors for specific services/products.
• Monitor and report progress of the project to external and internal key stakeholders.
• Support Contractual Management to obtain CAP, CAF and closing term.

Requerimientos
Function Specific Knowledge:
• More than 2 years’ experience in ESS projects or related areas.
• Technical knowledge of power electronics, PV inverters, ESS, wind converters and/or electrical substations.
• Proven network and experience with energy companies, project developers and EPCs.
• Proven experience to work in multinational environment.
• Proven technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook.
• Proven ability to learn new software programs.
Education and Minimum Requirements:
• Master or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable higher education.
