As an OTR Tracking Specialist ( Mexico Division), you will encounter various challenges in this role:
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation cycle.
- Provide proactive shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time pickups, transit, and deliveries.
- Support cross-border operations and shipment documentation processes.
- Escalate operational issues and communicate service-impacting events.
- Manage PODs and maintain accurate shipment records.
