Otr Specialist (Mexico Division)

We're looking for an experienced OTR Specialist who enjoys taking ownership of operations, building strong relationships with carriers, and ensuring every shipment moves efficiently from pickup to delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Coordinate daily with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure capacity and resolve operational challenges.
• Identify potential disruptions and proactively implement solutions before they impact the customer.
• Provide timely shipment updates and maintain accurate information across operational systems.
• Build strong relationships with carriers through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Ensure all documentation, shipment statuses, and operational records remain accurate and up to date.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dispatcher within the U.S. logistics industry.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Experience coordinating multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with carriers and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
