Operations Specialist Mid

Talento is looking for a Mid-Level Operations Specialist to oversee logistics operations and manage freight transportation. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics who can work independently, make decisions, and manage specific responsibilities within operations.  Manage FTL & LTL shipments to ensure efficient and timely transportation  Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, drivers, and customers  Actively track shipments and provide real-time status updates  Update TMS systems with shipment details and operational data  Establish and maintain direct phone contact with existing drivers and owner-operators  Engage with carriers from our database to ensure clear communication and seamless operations  Track and trace loads in real-time using state-of-the-art transportation software  Manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally  Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve service quality  Stay updated on transportation procedures, industry best practices, and regulatory changes
