The Mid-Level Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting the growth of the organization. This role plays a key part in identifying and attracting top talent for operational and sales roles within the 3PL (third-party logistics) industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards, as well as proactive outreach strategies.
• Recruit for logistics and sales roles within the 3PL industry, including positions such as Dispatchers, Freight Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, Logistics Coordinators, Account Executives, and Operations Specialists.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies and processes.
• Support junior recruiters or coordinators when needed and contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Requerimientos
Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments.
• Proven experience recruiting operations and sales roles in the logistics industry.
• Strong experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing candidate pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with hiring managers.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.Experience supporting podcast coordination, scheduling, or sales support is considered an advantage.
